If you are currently in foreclosure do not give up, do not leave your home, and above all fight the fraud that is being perpetrated against you! Do not allow these thieves to steal your property by way of fraud – fraud that has been committed in almost every alleged mortgage for the past ten years. There is help, there is hope, if you are willing to help yourself first. John Stuart and Mike Rothermel have a great website full of information to help you learn how to fight the fraud, where they provide many documents for FREE in an effort to help people save their homes. All they ask for are donations to defray the costs associated with providing the information, so please if you download any document from them you really should make a donation – no matter how small. (You can send donations using PayPal to irsfight@yahoo.com) They have also created the mortgage-challenge Yahoo group, a great forum for people to share strategies, experiences, and to learn from each other – also FREE. John & Michael also have live webinars on blogTV every Sunday where they do mock court sessions; the webinars are currently free but if people do not start showing their appreciation – by way of making donations – a membership fee will be instituted to view the webinars. And if that didn’t take up all of their time, they are also holding a Foreclosure Fraud Seminar this coming Labor Day weekend in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a must-attend event for anyone who wants to fight the fraud and beat the banksters! John and Michael spend all of their time researching, teaching, and making the information available to us for FREE so don’t be a taker, make a DONATION! Supporting them in any way we can is the least we can do in appreciation for their effort and dedication to exposing these horrible acts that are being committed against thousands of Americans.
Not many are aware that I smoke, mostly because I don’t smoke that often – sometimes I go for a couple days without having any. But then Friday afternoon rolls around, or just about any afternoon out here in B.F.C., and it’s time for beer or cocktails and the token smoke. Now some may wonder, well what’s the problem? It’s not like I smoke a pack a day, and never have been even close. Well, three years ago Pete quit smoking and I always feel guilty when I smoke even though it’s not all the time and he insists it doesn’t bother him. But I still feel guilty, and I know the smell is on me even if it was just one cigarette because I’ve smelled it myself after coming back into the house. (Even when both of us were smoking we never, ever smoked in our home.) So, after trying a couple friends’ electronic cigarettes in the past few weeks, I’ve taken the leap and bought myself a starter kit from Cloud 9 Smoker’s Paradise. After reading about ecigarettes at ecigarettes365.com, I chose Cloud 9 e-cigs because they had good battery life ratings, good flavor ratings for cartridges and eliquids, was reasonably priced, and it has a really cute compact case that will fit very nicely in my purse on those rare occasions when I do come down off the mountain. Oh, and so you’re in the know, the word “smoking” is out and the new term is “vape” or “vaping”- for vaporizing. The heating element in the e-cig device vaporizes the nicotine solution in the cartridge, and creates a vapor that is inhaled & exhaled making it look like a traditional cigarette. This system delivers nicotine without the other 4000 or so chemicals that are found in traditional cigarettes, and in my opinion are more responsible for health damage than the nicotine is. Yes, I know nicotine can be poisonous, but under the usage conditions with these devices that would impossible. (Unless of course you are stupid enough to drink a bottle of eliquid, that would cause a problem!) The cartridges and refill nicotine liquids come in different strengths just like cigarettes, and there are zero nicotine cartridges/liquids if you don’t want nicotine. I don’t intend to use these to quit smoking, and they are not recommended for that, but I think for my situation they are going to be great. No more stinky cigarette smell, and more importantly no more stressing out my honey with cravings from having to be around them. My kit is due to arrive by Monday, July 12, I’ll post more after I’ve had it a few days so you can follow along. Who knows, if you smoke it might just be what you (and your family) are looking for, too. Save 5% by using this link to Cloud 9 Smokers Paradise. Stop smoking and start vaping!
Yeah, yeah, I know it’s been quite a while since my last post. Life has been very busy, in a good way, but busy none the less. Posting on the site has not been a top priority, and honestly there have been few instances that would be of general interest to publish. But while I was transferring images from my camera today I found new photos of Hoover Dam that were taken about three weeks ago during our drive to Las Vegas, Nevada. I had taken a few photos of the Dam in September when Pete and I went to Vegas for our tenth anniversary, but just a few short months later the progress that has been made, on the bypass bridge especially, is impressive. I have to tip my proverbial hat to the people who built that bridge, as it spans a huge canyon with nothing but a very long fall below. There were no signs indicating when the new bypass and bridge are to be opened, but I can report that the bypass road is under construction but there remain many places where it does not connect. Obviously there is much work left to be done, but I think that it will eventually provide a much needed route around the Dam for those who have already seen it and are just trying to get somewhere.
We’re almost there, and it cannot come soon enough. This winter has been particularly difficult, not that we got more snow than usual it’s just that our quad has been down for over a month making any amount of snow an absolute bear to deal with. No pun intended by the way; I know first hand about dealing with bears. We’ve got a regular visitor who will no doubt be showing up shortly after spring arrives looking for his first meal of the season. Anyway, I thought I’d update the site with a spring theme. I know this is really an Easter theme, which I used on the day last year, but I just think it is so cute that one day is not enough. So here it is, with a reposted image from the spring of 2009 photo gallery. Okay Mr. Sun, come on out and make with the warmth!
Hi, my name’s Marsha and I’m a choco-holic. While out having coffee in town the other day I found a new chocolate bar made by a company in Boulder, Colorado called Chocolove. There were two bars to choose from at the coffee house; I went for the Chili & Cherries in Dark Chocolate and it was incredible! I’ve had chocolate bars with chili before, and love them, but this one with the addition of cherries took it to a whole new level of enjoyment. Looking at the company’s website today I see they have fourteen fabulous flavors to choose from, and guess who is going to make it a personal goal to try every single one? Yes, I have a new mission in life and I accept it whole heartedly! No rehab for me, thanks, I have no problem with being addicted to the stuff – especially when it’s this good!
